Sweet D Field Hockey Clinic Wednesday & Thursday July 14 & 15, 2010
In The Net Sports Complex This camp is designed for Field Hockey Players ages 15 and under. This camp is for both
advanced U14 players and also beginners. Players will be separated accordingly. Price:$100 per camper
Ages: 8-15 years old
Grades: 4th grade - 9th grade
(Players starting 9th grade in the Fall of 2010 may attend)

10:30am: Welcome and Instructions
10:45am: Warm up with Active Plyometrics and Warm up Game
11:15am: Drills and skill work with players seperated into age groups
1:00pm: Finish Morning Session 1
1:10pm: Campers get picked up by parents Thursday July 15, 2010

1:00pm: Finish Morning Session 2 The camp consists of 5 hours of instruction and game play. Campers will learn about proper techniques of warming up and active stretches to work on coordination, speed, agility. Drills will focused on both basics
skills and advanced field hockey skills. Field Hockey Fundamentals will be taught focusing on proper dribbling, passing, receiving, hitting, and shooting skills. Advanced strategies such as deceptive dribbling, aerial dribbling, reverse side sstickwork, shooting and scoring and defensive skills will also be taught. This camp will be on in In The Net Sports Complex's full field FieldTurf. The camper to coach ratio will be greater than 10:1 Each player will receive the Longstreth Camp Package which includes a Reversible Mesh Pinnie, ball, Backsack, Lanyard, Prewrap, and a Mouthguard. Player must their own stick, shinguards and Goalies must have their own gear. Camp Staff
