Format:

• Each game to have two, 20 min. running halves, with an 8 min. break at the half.
• High school and Middle School divisions on the 23rd
• Elementary divisions on the 24th
• 7 v 7 teams, 2 mids, 2 attack, 2 long poles and goalie.
• Field size 135 x 180
• 4 games for each team.
• Waivers and rosters required.
• Balance due Oct. 1
